Support The Blog

The Climate Advisor is a self-funded project that makes no money.

It costs about $400+ each year to run this site, which doesn’t include the time administering the site and writing posts.

If this blog made some money, it would motivate me to produce more content. I have a huge backlog of things to write about!

Some ways to help…

  • Leave a constructive comment on one of the posts. This is always encouraging to see!
  • Send an email and let us know what you think or if there’s a topic you’d like to see covered.
  • Follow the affiliate links below to products and services The TCA recommends and uses.
  • Sign up for the email list and get informed when new posts drop.
  • Share a post with a friend.

Thank you for your support. 🙂

TCA Referral Links
  • Ecoflow – high quality solar generators (batteries), solar panels, portable heat pumps, portable fridge, and other great products. Check out this post where I review the heat pump.
  • TorGuard VPN – simple to use, great service, highly customizable. I have tried many different VPNs, but I seem to keep coming back to TorGuard. It works great, and if you want to get around VPN blocks to services like Netflix, Disney, or other sites that block VPN traffic, you can get a dedicated IP address with the Pro VPN level of service. Also, they often have great sales on their VPN service around the holidays.
  • Credit Card Referral links from the CrAzY way to save money on solar blog post!
    • Southwest Airlines – for folks who fly Southwest Airlines.
[50,000 Southwest points. I’d wait on this one. They usually have better sign up offers. ]
    • Marriott Hotels – for people that stay at Marriott affiliated hotels
      [5 free nights]
    • CapitolOne Venture X – great all around travel card.
      [75,000 bonus points]
    • Chase Ink Business – an excellent card for business owners. Get the Ink Preferred for the best card benefits. Also, Ink points earned can be transferred to a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, which has the highest point value.
